Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Cookie consent version 2026-10-06.ec3ef526

This page covers every cookie and every piece of browser storage the Financiario portal uses: what it does, how long it lasts, and who sets it. Necessary cookies run the portal. Everything else waits for your choice.

No analytics. No marketing. No trackers. Those categories exist so nothing can be added later without asking you first.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage work the same way but stay in the browser and are never sent to our servers; session storage is erased when you close the tab. We treat all of them the same way, and all of them are listed below.

Your choices

Analytics starts off for every visitor and runs only after you switch it on.

Visitors in the EU and EEA (including their outermost regions), the UK, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Switzerland and Canada start with every optional category switched off, and nothing optional loads until they switch it on. We treat every visitor this way unless we can determine their location. Everywhere else, Preferences and Marketing start on (Marketing stays off if your browser sends Global Privacy Control), and you can switch them off at any time.

You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like. When you withdraw, we delete the storage of the categories you turned off.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Marketing cookies stay off for that browser and cannot be switched on while the signal is present. We record the signal with your next saved choice.

Analytics

Measure how the portal is used so we can engineer a better one. Nothing in this category runs today.

None in use today. If we add any, they'll be listed here first, and they won't load until you allow this category.

Marketing

Advertising pixels and embedded media that track you across sites. Nothing in this category runs today.

Remember choices between visits, such as the company you last opened and the width of the Copilot panel.

Third parties

None on our pages. Fonts, scripts and styles are served from our own domain. Sign-in happens on Microsoft's own pages, under Microsoft's privacy statement. If your company connects QuickBooks, that step happens on Intuit's own pages, which set Intuit's cookies under Intuit's privacy statement.

How we record consent

Each choice is stored as a new record with: a random consent ID, the time you chose and the time we received it, the policy version, your region and country, the choices you made, whether your browser sent Global Privacy Control, your browser's user-agent string, and your account if you were signed in. Instead of your IP address we store a keyed hash of a shortened network address. These records exist so we can show that consent was given, or withdrawn, if we're asked. How long we keep them: 3 years. More in the Privacy Notice.
