Terms of Use for Financiario
The rules for using the portal. They are short, and your company's agreement with Financiario comes first.
Who may use the portal
The portal is for authorized users of a client company. You sign in with the Microsoft account your company enabled for it.
Your company's agreement comes first
If your company signed an agreement with Financiario, that agreement governs your use of the portal. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
Acceptable use
- Do not share your access with anyone else.
- Do not try to break, test or get around the portal's security.
- Do not scrape the portal or extract data from it by automated means.
- Do not upload or send data you are not allowed to share.
Confidentiality
The financial data in the portal is confidential to your company. Use it only for your company's purposes, and share it only as your company allows.
AI-generated content
AI answers and commentary can be wrong. They are decision support, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check important figures against the source model before you rely on them.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available, but we make no uptime promise beyond what your company's agreement states.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” line at the top shows the date of the last change. We post material changes on this page and update that line.
